The Projects with Industry (PWI) program delivers employment services to eligible youth and young adults. In partnership with business and industry in Delaware, PWI staff provides the tools, knowledge and resources to assist program participants to find jobs, keep jobs, and advance in careers. The goal is job stability and career advancement for eligible youth and young adults with disabilities.
